What is our cancellation procedure?

  • 1. Send the request for cancellation via call, email, or courier letter.
  • 2. It will be received by our billing department.
  • 3. You will receive a confirmation call from our executives. Until then, your request will stay invalid.
  • 4. The email we send on our part related to the request will be taken as proof of canceling the service or product.

NOTE: Refund and cancellation requests are valid within 30 days. For cancellation, clients need to place their cancellation request within 24 hours for a full refund.

Refund and Cancellation

  • • We will refund 50% of the Paid amount if the client is not satisfied with our service or product.
  • • For any other miscellaneous charges, we are not responsible for refunding, especially for what causes loss to the company.
  • • A refund of 100% is only valid if we have not started the project on time.
  • • Link building is an essential part of SEO, and the required information for that must be provided. Microhuv company cannot be held responsible for any error or failure in result due to incorrect information. A client cannot claim a refund for the service.
  • • If search engine optimization services are hampered by activities of the third party on your website content, the Microhuv company team will not take any responsibility for that.
  • • The maximum refund processing time can be seven working days after the refund request has been taken into consideration. The refunded amount will be transferred to the means which was used for payment previously or in a bank account.
